Shipping & Refunds
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the globe, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness and service.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are processed and sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal services process the orders, which may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered after dispatch. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning items.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns: To return your product, please contact us for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
